(Contributing to Blood Plasma Donation)
The government requested Shincheonji Church of Jesus to cooperate
in donating blood plasma. They explained that with the spread of COVID-
19 increasing nationally and globally, there is a demanding need to
quickly develop the blood plasma treatment, through ways such as a large
scale blood plasma donation, since there is no effective treatment yet.
Blood transfusion of convalescent blood plasma took place at five medical institutions.
We seek active participation from the recovered patients.

As much concerns were raised to the citizens last February when there
were many confirmed cases,donating blood plasma is the most valuable
contribution recovered patients can make in an effort to terminate
COVID-19.

• With a hopeful heart to terminate COVID-19 through the development of a treatment,
the volunteers have even taken a full-day or half-day leave from work to contribute.
• As the venue is distant from the city, 4 buses were run by Shincheonji for convenience,
and an average of 130 volunteers came for the support daily.

contribute greatly in speeding up the termination of the pandemic. Their efforts and actions will be an inspiration to all.

members as an example.

We’re thankful to Shincheonji Church for donating blood plasma at no cost. Thanks to this, we are now able to make concentrated neutralizing antibodies, which fight against viruses, injectable.
As we prepare for the approval by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety on Phase III clinical trial, we plan to
inject the antibodies on critically ill patients, for treatment purposes.
